APPLICATION FOR EXHIBIT SPACE

The Maryland Christmas Show® will be held in seven exhibition halls at the Frederick Fairgrounds in Frederick, Maryland, located 40 miles west of Baltimore, MD and Washington, DC.

CATEGORIES OF EXHIBITORS

ARTS/CRAFTS

Completely handcrafted and work of the exhibitor. No kits, consigned goods, or commercial products.

COMMERCIAL

Specialty foods and a limited number of commercial products compatible to an arts & crafts market.
Space will be assigned on the basis of priority to qualified companies with products/services not already substantially represented in
the show. Please send a list of your upcoming shows, photographs or websites of representative merchandise and one of booth display.
Exhibitor staying the 2nd weekend may leave complete booth in place. Contract with general show information will be sent upon
acceptance of this application.

APPLICATION POLICY

A payment for 1/2 of the cost of your space is required with your application to reserve your space. Your payment will be returned to you in the event your application is not approved.
